Hello Gulley Family and Friends,
We are happy to share with you the details for our 2016 Gulley Family Reunion! Letters will be arriving in the mail soon, as well as, you will begin seeing information on Facebook, and on this website. You most likely have started receiving phone calls asking for photos and information about our family members for the “Gulley Family Tree.” We also need bios of Orange and Lula Gulley Children. In addition, we need images of Orange and Lula.
Check out “Jesse Gulley’s” page for an example on information you can submit for your family page(s). That’s right, each family will have their own page in the family tree! We are working to cover areas of social media that we frequent (Facebook, email, and the wide-web) in order to make sure that this information reaches you!
We are looking to have an awesome reunion in 2016! The Gulley Family Reunion will be hosted in the near western suburbs of Chicago, from Friday, July 29—Sunday, July 31, 2016. Hotel accommodation are available for out-of-towners, and for those who want to be close to all of the weekend action!
A budget has been created with a list of all the food items, and the supplies, including on the day of our Gulley Family Meet & Greet, and on the day of our Gulley Family Reunion Picnic—with fun attractions for the youth, and older adults (accommodations, bowling and fees for other activities are not included in these fees).

We are working to make it easy for you to make your payments. A checking account has been created with Bank of America. You can transfer your funds through the following email address:

DONATIONS
Donations will help defray anticipated added costs. Hosting such a large reunion will have unseen costs for other things that we are sure we will need. Besides making your payments to cover you and your family for the 2016 Gulley Family Reunion, there are several things that we need you to consider…
1. Take a look at the list of items needed for these events.
2. Volunteer to donate funds, so that we can make sure that everything is covered for the Meet & Greet and the Family Picnic. Volunteer to prepare or bring a side dish. This way we can keep costs down to a minimum.
3. Volunteer to serve on a committee. Committee information forthcoming.
4. Begin paying your required event fees, and for your family’s T-shirts.
5. Make reservations for accommodations. The link is below in the “Accommodations” section.

2016 GULLEY FAMILY REUNION MEET & GREET!— Friday, July 29, 2016
The Meet & Greet event will take place at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites—Meeting Room.
Time 7:00—10:00 p.m. Light refreshments will be served. Donations are greatly appreciated! What will you find, and what is expected at the Gulley Family Reunion Meet & Greet? There you can enjoy a light meal, get acquainted with family members, catch up on things with each other, pick up your T-Shirts & our family weekend event schedule, including directions to the event locations!
SWIMMING FOR FAMILIES — Friday, July 29, 2016
On Friday evening, Swimming will be available for families at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites. If you have children and cannot go to the Hillside Bowl for a late night bowl with other adults, enjoy your time at the in-door pool. Room reservation is not required for you to enjoy swimming with the Gulley Family.
